"I'm a compulsive 'drawer' I draw endlessly in cafes, bars and beaches, wherever I am in the world, filling numerous sketchpads. Back in my studio I always have a starting point for my paintings and that's when the imagination and story-weaving kicks in. The seascapes and landscapes are done on the spot - not always comfortable but I enjoy a challenge."

 

Exhibitions 2011 OPEN STUDIOS AND BEYOND - at The Old Workshop Gallery, The Street, Corpusty, N.Norfolk. Contributing to this mixed show 20 May - 26 June 2011 North Norfolk Exhibition Project SALTHOUSE EXHIBITION 2011, at Salthouse Church, Salthouse, N. Norfolk Selected piece will be on show from 7 July - 7 August 2011 COAST 2011 - at The Annex, The Windham Arms, Wyndham Street Sheringham, An exhibtion of work with Helen Herbert and Heather Tamplin also working together on a collaborative oil painting, come an make suggestions for them to include in the painting or leave a sealed bid. 11am - 4pm daily 22 - 29 Ocotober The Painting will be auctioned by Norman Lamb MP at 11am on the 29th October at The Annex Although I'm having a break from Open Studios this year.
